Great Royaldevon 2021-04-11 8:25

Hello Jorge,

The photograph immediately made me smile!
The lady looks to be having a problem with the opened umbrella and trying to cope with all the other things she is transporting! (We have all been there if the wind suddenly blows and lifts the umbrella! ...)

I found your notes very interesting, too, especially about being fined for the possibility of harbouring a site for the dengue fever!

My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Default To Royaldevon: dengue

BEV

march and april are the worst parts of the year to deal with dengue fever.
few weeks ago a man who has a big abandoned lot in the outskirts let the area with many wild plants and didn't clean the area, it is the second time he do that and city hall send workers and machines, and cleaned the area and added the fine and the cleaning work in the taxes of the lot. I guess he even doesn't pay that and probably in few years he will lost that land. my father told me he is a composer and has lots of songs, but no fame, only an abandoned urban area and an abandoned farm in rural zone..

take care

jorge
