Thanks for your note. Sorry to hear your welcome in the past was not so great. M is a fascinating place, with a amazing civic centre to the town, and of course the history. A lot of industry has gone, but there are lots of preserved areas, to give a feel of it. I suspect the past was sheer bloody hard work, so we should not use rosie spectacles, but it is so dishearteniong to see it all - gone ! I look forward to your new posts, soon you will have time enough ! And that new camera ! regards Martin
