Default Image sharpening Software

Hello,

I want to buy/use an image sharpening software..Can someone advise which one is most widely used or which is advised to be used ?

Default sharpening

Hi

I use gimp software because it's a free one, but I think you can do this with other softwares (of course photoshop, or paint shop pro, etc...)

I agree - Gimp is nice and free. However, among the current software, I recommend Lightroom 3 - the sharpening is just excellent. Maybe Dfine is also good - havent tried that one out.
