Great holmertz 2019-07-15 4:08

Hello Jorge,
I thought Beijing Duck only referred to a special recipe, not to any particular breed of ducks. Maybe in Nanjing's "Chinatown" this is just another way of cheating tourists. As for this photo the important thing is that it is colourful, well exposed and show people at work (more or less).
Best regards,
Gert

Default To holmertz: duck

I guess these ducks I saw in the store were used to create the famous plate, the beijing duck, I didn't want to say it was a different breed or something like this. my english is something limited, you know.

take care

jorge
