Hello Ally,
My preference goes for the altered image #2 in the workshop. An excellent lively picture in a very good composition and with pretty and vivid colours.
I understand your interest for the leafless trees since you do not have them in Malaysia. Could you speak your own language in Beijing?

Hi Will,
I hope all is well. I dusted off the fuji x100 - Holi motivated me to try to get some shots. It was loads of fun, but to get the shots I had to get amongst it! I saw a bunch of photographers to the side, who would not go too close as they were concerned about their cameras, but I decided to risk it - it was fine - a few drops of water, some specs of mud and dye - no damage done  I hope to get more pics later in the year when I travel to Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and Nepal - but should try to get out locally before then more. I hope life is treating you well - TE seems quiet these days - I think with so many other options like flickr and facebook etc that are easier to upload, TE needs a refresh - it's the site that got me into photography - I hope it flourishes.
