Great jhm 2020-05-20 9:44

Hallo Benny,

Zeer goed foto werk, bedankt.

Groeten uit Oost-Vlaanderen,
John

Dear Gert,

Maybe you should try to sell nudes with Nazi texts on the photo! ;-) Regarding your photograph, I noticed that the quality was not the best, but it was most probably caused by improper scanning settings. If I may give you an advice deactivate the automatic dust removal and keep noise reduction low. These two can cause terrible errors on the photo.

Thank you for visiting! Best Wishes,
Gy.

Hello György,
In this particular case I think the problem really was the slide, not the scanning. If the original photo is not good enough, it's impossible to make a good scan. But it's always possible to make a bad scan of a good photo. I took another photo seconds before this, and it was even worse.
Cheers,
Gert
