Hi Paul,
wow, this is a very impressive view. I like very much the colors having copper tones as if it was autumn although your photo indicates it was summer.
The stone circle adds a nice touch in the foreground, but the mountains are even more photogenic.
Great sky, blue with subtle clouds decorating it.
Very good level of contrast resulting in nice feeling of depth.

To mkamionka: A steppe area
Thank you Mariusz,
This place is located in the southern part of Armenia, relatively close to Iran. It is actually a kind of steppe area that turns into a desert area even further south. Hence the meager soil. All the best! Paul
