Hello Paul,
You give me a lovely feeling looking at this photos...making me a little bit of homesick by seeing this beautiful bougainvillea plants which flowers all year round and the Kampung-kampung.
Your pictures have guiding me to see and understand how do the villagers live in theirs daily life. I saw very neat and tidy and well maintained wooden structures - nicely painted in blue mostly and creating a small 'garden' space with some planting.
I don't see many locals around except WS2. Maybe it's too hot to sit outside on the terraces even I see some wind blowing the flag.
Thanks for sharing.
Loong

Thank you for the correction Loong,
An internet site about Labuan said that the name was derived from the Malay word ‘labuhan’ which means harbour. But of course you know it has to be 'Pelabuhan'. Best regards, Paul |
