Weclome to TE Richie - I agree with above comment, there is too much sky, was there something you were trying to avoid below? Since it looks like there's a bridge, the Ohio river would have made an attractive foreground, and the note could have been better.

Thanks for the constructive feedback. There was some sort of trailer with equipment for a concert in the foreground that I was trying to avoid - i should make a mention of that in the comments. I tried a panoramic crop as the one person mentioned and it made for a stronger image.
