Hello Elvira,
Luciano is absolutely right: a bright sunlit scene most definitely is enhanced by the presence of a stormy or overcast and dark sky and this row of beautiful half-timbered buildings is no exception. And somehow I think that this is exactly as you saw it - definitely not a sky "imported" from another location!
And this is a fine composition too with a lovely strong diagonal line of the buildings on the right and a litle group of people on the left. And, when viewed at its proper size on "beta" TE the sharpness and details are exquisite - so much so that I see that the nearest building, a restaurant, clearly bears "Aux trois poissons" on its wall.
