Hi Ike,
I must have completely missed this park. So pity, judging by the proximity of famous towers, it must be very close to the city centre and as we can see it offers fantastic photo opportunities with the green foreground. Of course the weather was quite bad when you were there but one cannot have everything in life.
The sky is bad but the composition with the river turn is eye catching.
Nice souvenir of your trip to Dresden,
