Hello Gert,
The user of the electric step must have run away very quickly. Otherwise you would definitely have taken the photo with him/her.
I really like these postcard-like views of which you have a lot of options in Stockholm.
But what the hell are those red-yellow items in the foreground???

Thank you Paul,
I think those red and yellow things are what Chris's picture indicates, to be used when the traffic is temporarily redirected or a street is temporarily closed. There's a lot of street work being done in that area presently, as well as restoration of the PM's office. Have a nice weekend, Gert
