Good kikvel 2008-07-07 9:41

hi again

first, is possible to highligght the picture by adding a white frame of more or less 40 pixels on each side,

you can easily do this with photoshop

the contrast in this case could have been set higher, colors seem a bit washed out

if your main interest was to show the eyes, it would have worked better a "landscape orientation" here, as the top of the construction is distracting the gaze painted of the Budda,

I mean, it would have worked better to omit the top

Default To robertosalguero: You are perfectly right,Roberto.

I have the problem you mentioned with the photos I took from the top of the mountain, especially the ones facing East or South. The light was impossible and I have really hard time to fix them.
Just for the heck of it, I might post one of them, when I`m done. I think they would make a good subject for a Photoshop advanced class:)
The problem was that I took those photos around noon, at 11:30,I believe, the worse moment possible and the weather was getting cloudier.
I also agree that the Upper Lake looked more beautiful but hey, you can`t have them all!:)
Cheers:)
