Greetings Dalal,

The Kalifa Tower leaves little doubt about its magisterial role in the skyline of Dubai. But then, it would have the same prominence in any other city in the world. In 1997 I visited Dubai on a cruise while giving lectures on a cruise, none of these skyscrapers were present. Hopefully, I will be there next April and see for myself the changes.
