Great Royaldevon 2018-07-13 2:16

Hello Jorge,

I like how well you have cropped this scene, to use the sculptured archway as a natural border to the photograph. It is very effective.
It's a lovely sculpture and very sharply captured by you.
The new addition gives a modern twist!
WE cannot tell how high above the ground the figure was sitting; was he just resting or getting a better view of some activity?

Have a good day,
Bev :-)

it was necessary a big effort to climb the pedestal and reach the base of the sculpture. I suppose he was "moved by a special fuel" that created some excessive energy and I am sure he had no purpose to stay up there, I suppose a people in normal conditions never would climb that monument.

take care

jorge
