Great Andre-H 2006-10-18 22:47

Hi Cesar,

I like the composition, and, of course, the unusual quality of the lighting. Did you use a polarising filter for this shot, by any chance? I visited Ciudad del Este back in 1997, and it certainly was a fascinating place, but the cellular revolution hadn't yet taken off there.

André

Default To Andre-H: Hi Andre

at first my apologies for responding too late, I am not accesing the site too often lately

secondly thanks for your comments! I shot this one without a polarizing filter, at that time I used a very cheap 80mm lens, and I only had a polarizer for a 58mm thread lens which I used with a 200mm lens that I no longer have.
In 1997, the cellular revolution was in its beginnings! I work in the cellular industry since 1993 hera in Py, at that time it was much easier cuase there was no competence here, now there are 4 operators!

too much for a small country

my warmest regards;

K.
