Great csabagaba 2021-07-31 19:47

Hi Gerwin!

The photo was taken in good quality.
I visited Wales, so there are also much more spectacular Norman-era buildings in the area from this ruin. If you donít write a comment, Iíll never know for myself if itís a castle ruin or a former convent. Too little of the building left for that. (or you, you show a little)

One piece of good advice: I would have photographed from a distance or from a wider angle. so that the right side of the ruin is also visible, and the picture also shows something from the environment.

It's a nice try.

best regards

Csaba

Thumbs up To Royaldevon: Knights Templar

Hi Beverley,
Indeed, those walls goe's back in history to the templar's era. We did not enter the Knights edifice due to restriction concerning the Covid-19 regulations (we did not order a permit ahead of time).
It was a near by location in the old town premises.
Thanks, and a nice new week,
Ike
