Exclamation Problem: not getting notification emails

Hi admins and tech team,

Many users still have this problem, not getting notifications emails anymore. These notifications are about:

1/ Receive an email when any of your Favorite members post a photo to TrekEarth.

2/ Receive an email when a posted photo is located in any of your selected countries.

3/ Receive an email whenever someone replies to your critique.

4/ Receive an email when an initial message is made on the Announcements forum.

5/ Receive an email when a discussion is created for any of your photos.

6/ Receive an email when you create or reply to a forum discussion.

Generally, what are the email providers that are running into this problem?


Pour les membres qui ont ce problème et qui parlent le français:
Pouvez-vous nous communiquer le nom de votre serveur, SVP, merci...

In my case, it is Google (Gmail).
And, for your information, the mails are not in the "spam" folder.

in my case it is the internet provider "cablecom.ch" the exact address:

any news on the issue?

The title says it all.
Is there any news on this issue?
I tried to renew my notifications details but to no avail.

Thank you for your patience. I have updated our tech team about the email providers you all use, which will give them a better idea on how to fix this issue! Please stay tuned.

Hello everyone,

We learned that some of our emails that normally go through are getting flagged as spam and rejected by Gmail now (they always were by Yahoo and AOL too). Tech is working on a solution, as we speak. We will keep you updated on our progress.
