i love knowing about anceint history but seeing it is even more impressive. one thing i would do is increase the contrast to clean up the image. well done

Hi Robert,

Thanks for your useful critique on my photo. I've recently learn how to increase the contrast of that photo using a blue-gradient layer for the sky. The final version is here: http://www.trekearth.com/gallery/Middle_East/Iran/photo648302.htm.
