Great emka 2019-05-17 9:33

Hello Gert, There is an address here so no problem to find the house on Google map. I made it but there is no cat:(. It seems that the building was renovated not a long time ago. The picture in Google map was made in July 2017. Maybe when they painted the walls they made also this mural? Also, what is this pole with IOH signage? I can't find it. There is someone going down the stairs in the direction of the building - maybe you :)

Anyway, Interesting note. I am a cats' lover and I think that cats are good people friends. And especially the black cats. So I like this picture very much (it reminds me a bit a black cat from Riga.
But how they put the Karl Marx sticker and why? It is a mystery.

Kind regards MAlgo

Default To emka: no painting!

Thank you Malgo,
but you misunderstood this. The cat is not a painting on the wall, it's a sign attached to the corner of the red/brown house on the nearer side of the street. And the black "pole" with the IOH is a drain-pipe on the same corner. Just look at the wall to the left of the steps with a man (not me) coming down.
If you had used the coordinates I provided, you would have come straight to the sign and seen it much better.
And why Karl Marx on the sign? How could I know? I have seen the same sticker in one or two other places, so someone who likes Marx probably goes around putting it here and there.
Have a nice evening,
Gert
