Hello Alexandre, Nice to view something from your everyday life. What a pity we can't taste this original cheese. I am sure it is delicious. And what is cachaça? I suppose it is also alcoholic drink, so not for me. Nice picture. I haven't noticed this cheese in Brazil. Thanks for sharing.

To emka: Cachaça
Cachaça is a distilled spirit made from fermented sugarcane juice, used as an ingredient to the Caipirinha, the most famous cocktail of Brazil. Minas Gerais produces the best cheese and cachaça of Brazil.
