Hi! I think beauty is in the eyes of the observer. It is a complex relation between what one's desires and the reality. By example in my country natural colors are scarced. Here during the canadan winter all nature is white in summer it is different shades of green. So autumn colors are sought by photographs; so are flowers and gardens. But I also undersand that photos of authenticity, showing poeple forged by their environnement, could comfort observers in this vanishing and impersonal world. I suggest that only you can answer the question. Scan the photos of this site and list your preferences. It might be a good suggestion to note the seasons, the distances the hours and climatic conditions. Remember that "the medium is the message, in the occurence light and quality of light".jehe

My prefrences:
Europe - Hungary
America - Canada (I liked many this country, in summer)
Africa - Kenia (Kilimanjaro)
Oceania - Easter Island
Obviously these are MY preferences, not the most photographed countries

Hi Pradis,
Spain is a good choice. Well I'm a spaniard, did you notice it? ... Seriously. Spain is very much like the rest of Europe, so if you want to discover a place truly worth to visit I recommend you to go to Andalucía, in the south, maybe Sevilla, Cadiz or Malaga. Those places have a unique style and identity, very spanish in its most colourful version, that I guess is just what you are looking for.

In any case. Visiting us or not. Enjoy your travel.

Regards
Amiplin1

OK that's crazy but I can give a suggestion, and I know what I'm talking about. The following is not "the most photogenic" list but based on where you live and the time of year and availability of direct flights:
KL-Delhi-Muscat-Cairo-Rome-Rio de Janeiro-San Francisco :))-Osaka-KL
Each of these places will be great in november and have nice nature and urban opportunuties very close to the main airport, you won't have a chance to see beautiful but obscure places like Bhutan,Corsica or Patagonia with your time limit. You can sacrifice Japan in favour of New Zealand but I doubt you can do both within 3 weeks.
