Needs Improvement Luko 2008-10-12 9:38

"To keep it like this, i will not tell where exactly it is"
The kind of super stupid thoughts I read all day long on Lonely Planet forums, usually coming from travelers who have endlessly been asking for tips but who try to show off somehow with the little they know.
If you think a bit, you know that very few people will go there, because most of teh people are just too lazy or too frighten to travel out of the beaten trails.
(and btw, it doesn't seem that deserted, from the speedboat I can see in the background and which looks nothing like a local fishing boat)

If you don't want to share, then this site is not for you.. you would better then write something else than your note which is then very uninformative
As for me I think your photo sucks a bit, but I won't tell you exactly why... :)

Default To Luko: hello

thanks for the critic, thanks for being honest !
about the speedboat: there is no speedboat in the pic, its just rocks !
you are partly right about the recommendations - true, but since this place aint in the planet i just dont want to share about where it is. of course there wont be many tourist coming to that place, but i experienced that placed being photographed often, were frequented more often as well !
if you dont like the picture, then its also fine, i aint a pro photographer mate -
to be honest: how you end your comment is actually good: the picture sucks, but i dont tell you why ! it reinforces you opinion on the one hand and it also refers to what i say about the venue ! in indonesia i would say : 1:1 !

have a nice day

daniel

Well, did it come to your mind that to be photographed, places had to be frequented beforehand? duh... Do you think for instance it's because Eiffel tower photos have been on TrekEarth that there is so many people now? ;D ...

Anyway...

no, no rage about it. I'm just having fun.
and btw, your photo doesn't suck that much, there is slight green cast which is bothering and it's quite postcardish but ok by TE standards
Cheers
Luko
