Maybe you can try the reverse.
Follow the first lady you meet who's dressed in red. Follow her through the city. Maybe she'll pass by a place interesting enough to take a picture ...

this is a small town and the people could walk around and we don't have much people walking the dogs usually, in fact most of them are free to walk alone. haha.
