Great macjake 2022-01-12 14:13

Hi Gert
very cool to see the lawns in the Santa Maria shot, I was there a few years ago, so ya...very interesting. 100000% know this photo was NOT taken from the famous 'on the hill' location, its not as obstructed as this. my guess would be it was taken from a window or balcony from the place you were staying at or from a restaurant balcony? its very good because we don't see this, its your own view, your own shot - even if you can't remember.
cheers
Craig

malgo

they are native of my region but were extinct before I was born, I never had seen them in my life, first time was in the argentinian side of Iguassu.
few days ago I was in as rural road, 3 km far from my home, when I saw a couple of them flying, I was surprised and I became much more surprised when I saw a couple of blue macaws crossing the sky above my store. wild animals are coming back to my region, including pumas, jaguars and many others..

take care

jorge
