Nima,
fantastic light and cloud formations. I don't know what kind of filter you used here (B+W F-Pro 67 ...?), but I wonder if a polarizing wouldn't have given a better contrast for these clouds. What is the blurry element in the upper portion of the white cloud in the background? It seems to me that you might oversharpened the image.

Indeed a circular polarizer + a Grad ND would have worked well for the majority of my shots in Cuba, but I dont own any. the UV filter is mainly there as a protection for my one lense. As soon as I get some cash flow rolling I intend on remedying this situation.

and you're right, the photo is over sharpened. I should have played with the shadows/highlights instead of contrasts.
