Hello David,
I think this is a very good composition and POV. Reflection and use of B&W are very nice but I think that it was cropped a little too much as I see some noise or pixels. I wonder what is the disaster you mentioned in your title ? Thanks,

To Claudine: The disaster
Thankyou for your critique. I can only assume that the 'noise' is a result of the size reduction process as I haven't cropped or treated this photo. The 'disaster' is for you to imagine. I see calm after the storm - what happened to the rower(s)? It is a shot that asks questions although its looking at an answer.
