Saw this one earlier today. My first reaction is 'so what?'. Olympus have put a huge amount of technical effort into freeing you from looking through the viewfinder before you take a shot. Again, so what? A good viewfinder is infinitely preferable to an LCD screen under most light conditions, so this actually looks like a step backward to get more users to migrate from P&S cameras where the viewfinder has almost become redundant.
Oh, and if you've ever been away from a power-source for any extended period of time whilst shooting, you will appreciate the fact that looking through a viewfinder requires considerably less battery life than using the LCD screen... ;) |

yeah maybe it will need more power source :)
but I do always remember how useful swivel LCD when I used Canon A80 before. there are many angles that made so much easy to take having this facility. I am not surprise if soon other brands will follow this inovation :) |
