Great Porteplume 2019-03-19 11:19

Oh! Wow! Here we have the whole “Old Oak”! Thank you so much Rick! The “Old Bloke, pretty long in the tooth“ will be jealous... ;)

Is there a way to become a member of “The Great Oak Of Cropredy Admirers Association”? Or maybe going through kind of a ballotage?

I can’t wait to be in Oxford next May and biking along the canal up to Cropredy... :)

Amicalement,
Viviane

Default To Porteplume: The Olde Oak

aaah Viviane,

This wonderful olde tree has this affect - I have seen people standing on the banks, just staring.. pointing it out to friends, and inevitably they get out their cameras or phones and snap away... but not all those who photograph this magnificent tree become members of the AA ( in this case the Admirers Association)- a special ceremony is required- sometimes under the guise go a TE meeting...

Ciao
