There was no postprocessing for this picture at all (except for exposure compensation). Sky looks so dark because of polarizing filter.

Refration pattern is natural and caused by small waves on a very shallow part of the sea, as shallow so this fish won't fit it not swiming on it's side.

Why don't you use 'save for web'?
It is more accurate with jpegs: easier to adjust quality/filesize and 100% compatible with everything. (command-control-shoft-s in photoshop)
