I took a lot of shots. I thought 1/1000 would freeze the shake from the movement of the jeepney. I only realized that it wasn't enough after I reviewed all the photos. there was a lot of vibration...

it was indeed cloudy, the sky opened up not until 7-8am. I totally agree, I wanted more brilliant colors. thanks for the critique!
