View Full Version : More than one post per day?

I have noticed lately, members posting more than 1 photo per day? Has the rule changed?

Not that I'm aware of. The clock is reset at midnight (I think) US West coast time so somebody in the UK for example (8 hours ahead) could potentially post at just before 8 am and just after 8am on the same day. They would then not be able to post again until after 8am next day. Does that make sense?
If you are seeing something other than that pattern I'd certainly be interested to know more.

Hello Keith and thanks for the reply! The thing you say crossed my mind, and it would make sense if it happened just for one day! but I 've seen people uploading 6 photos during the last 3 days (don't ask me who, I have in mind at least 2 of them, but I can't tell who they are, because I wouldn't like to see their photos deleted).
Best regards,

I once managed to post two photos in a couple of minutes, so they were next to each other in the gallery page... But it was legal, I posted them at each side of the O.20 trekearth limit time!
There was also a member, who after accidental deletion of his gallery, could post many in a day, but that was an exception...
Other than that, I didn't notice people posting more than one in 24 h....

Guess what! I also saw some members writing about 40 (!) critiques per day!

Hi Hercules
Normally it's impossible to rate more than 20 critics per day ( US california time), with a green smiley, but you are able to write unrated critics for the rest of the day.
If you saw a bug please give us an example. we shall see if there is a bug or not.
Best regards
