Using the two trees/bushes in the foreground to frame the picture was a good idea.

However, the overall picture is kind of dark, giving the picture a dreary feeling. This is surprising considering that it was a cloudy day, which is my favorite weather for outdoors picture taking. A contrast mask at the very least would improve this picture.

You did an excellent job of capturing the image, especially considering it was night. Keeping the colors reflected in the water on the left was a good choice too. There is a little bluriness on the back on carriage, but that was probably due to the fact the boat was moving. A faster shutter speed would have helped, but again, this was night, so I'm impressed by how good a job you did getting the horses sharp.

Were it me, I would have cropped a little off the right side though. The lights on the right side don't have anywhere near the visual impact those on the left side do, so losing them is no big loss. The cropping would, however, shift the rule of thirds intersection point to between the two horses, rather than have it on the right most horse's face. When I look at the picture, the horses are what draw my eye, so having a focus point there helps visually.

Nice play of light on shadow. Bright tree contrasts nicely with the dark background. I like how the tree is off-center. Good choice.

It took me a moment of looking at it to realize that the blue dots in the background aren't noise but rocks. Do they really sparkle like that or is it just a trick of the lense?

Good angle. I think you made an excellent decision to center the path in the picture, as opposed to using the rule of thirds. It's a little dark for my tastes, but still an excellent picture.

The colors are what attract the eye to this picture. However, only one the spices is in focus. A smaller aperture (larger f number) would have given a better depth of field.

Nice post processing. Gives it a dream-like quality. Can you post the steps to colorize?

I really like the angle you chose too.

It is interesting to note that this is not a natural forest. Trees don't grow in such neat rows naturally. At most you might get a few trees in a row, but not this many trees and rows. How this forest came to be would have made a good addition to the note.

Great spot for the picture. The curve of the mountains guides the eye through the picture. Everything seems to be in focus, which is another plus.

Hmmm...my monitor must be out of adjustment. The sea looks quite blue to me :).

It looks like it could be a great shot, but it's just so out of focus. Other than that, the horizon is level. Good. It's not in the middle. Also good.
