SOmeone just said that such a construction like this is made to take pictures of!!! Infact it is made to run and regulate a country from it... Nice picture, although the whole architecture is not shown here...

I'm not sure but the strange thing might the situation where the Boat man is wearing a helmet... This might be to save him from the smoke of the engine or from the Strong breeze.... Or he might have forgot to remove the helmet after a ride just before this boat trip... lol..
