Hello Rakhal,
In Photoshop,using the eye dropper tool I measured the white point on the second flag from the left,because the whole photo seemed to be to dark and with a color cast.
I was right; the white was not white (equal values of Red,Green and Blue) but Red was 191,Green was 197,Blue was 227,so the photo was too dark,with a greenish-blue cast.
I corrected it to have white in that spot and nothing else was done.
