We had to tell the kids at this feeding center to eat the food there...their parents would send them to get food and tell them to bring it back; the parents would then eat the food themselves and the kids would go hungry. This little girl was very listless and didn't smile at all.

Removing Noise or Grain

Using PSP, I applied an edge preserving smooth to the image, increased the saturation using the saturation enhancement tool and applied USM.
