Workshop Note
Hi Mike, sorry if i played a little with your image. But just thinking that you want to highlight the sky more than the sea so i cropped lower part a little bit.
Some steps i did was to crop, used unsharp mask for the sea and saturated the sky using contrast and levels(just enough so that we dont lose some details on the clouds)
