while I was abroad they built a new bridge (maybe they tried to surprise me ?) near the second tallest building in Israel..although it's only for pedestrians and not so long the structure is very unique. Tamar (tms) posted already a picture of the bridge..here is a different perspective.

I cut some pieces from the area below the light, pasted them into new layers and shifted them up to match the lines. Trimmed the layer opacity to match the brightness. Took off the hard edges of the pieces with a 75% opacity eraser. Had to do the same for your frame, since it got lighter there. Finishing touches with 3 pixel clone tool.
