This picture has been taken yesterday at 7 o'clock PM. I have never seen the arc like this.
The picture is in the good way (not rotated) Another one has been posted in W/S.
Note: The circumzenital arc is the most beautiful of all the halos. The first sighing is always a surprise, an ethereal rainbow fled from its watery origins and wrapped improbably about the zenith. It is often described as an "upside down rainbow" by first timers. Someone also charmngly likened it to "a grin in the sky".
Look straight up near the zenith when the sun is fairly low and especially if sundogs are visible. The center of the bow always sinwards and red is on the outside. It is never a complete circle around the zenith, that is the extremely rare and never photographed "ken arc".
(These informations have been given by a friend who is "Meteo")
For this photo, the estimated angle is 70°.
