This is an abandoned island Chkalova in Sakhalin Bay in Sea of Okhotsk. There used to be a fishermen's village here, but several decades ago the last people left.
The island coast is like this (picture), the middle part is covered with a cedar pine bush.
Beluga whales like to hang out around the island in summer.
