Anchored boats of a fishing village. I like the peaceful mood of it and the sky was overcast so I think it look better in B&W.

I used fils workshop... I took
the gradient tool and faded it in about 20-30%, add contrast +10(~) minus brightness 5(~)
oversharpened on purpose, blurred the oversharened areas and finally streched the picture by resizing it to 800X250 ..
