Une trentaine de bouquetins occupaient le sentier que je devais parcourir. J'en avais déjà croisé plein depuis le début de la rando et tous, plutôt peureux, s'étaient écartés à mon passage. Mais ici, pour la première fois, je me suis retrouvée face à un vieux mâle avec des cornes de plus d'un mètre qui m'a fait comprendre qu'il n'avait pas l'intention de me laisser passer. J'ai donc prudemment reculé de quelques mètres et j'en ai profité pour faire plein de photos de ces animaux.
About thirty ibexes were lying across the path I was on. I had already seen several of them since the beginning of the hike and all of them, rather frightened, had walked away as I approached. But here, for the first time, I found myself facing an old male with horns over a meter long who clearly made me understand that he had no intention of letting me pass. So I carefully stepped back a few meters and enjoyed taking loads of photos of these animals. |
