De Haan has the longest beach of the whole coast, still rather unspoilt from ugly urbanization, one of the only spots remaining in this country.
Children splash about in the sea. From his tower, a life guard keeps an eye on things.
The perfect place for those who quietly wish to enjoy the sun. Seagulls shriek. The rippling waves roll onto the beach.
