The yellow color is associated with age and aging, both with people and objects - i.e. yellowed-paper. Ethnographically, the term yellow is associated at times with jealousy, as well as cowardliness.

It is used to describe sensational journalistic practices - yellow journalism - that distorts, exaggerates or exploits news to maximize profit. It also refers to resistance to militant trade unions.

In Italy, it refers to crime stories, both fictional and real. This association began about in 1930 because the first series of crime novels published in Italy had a yellow cover.

In Paris, I've found this strange girl who were desperately trying to hide herself behind bikes, as she's a paparazzo in her spare time.

Right there, she was waiting for Paris Hilton, even though I've tried to explain her that the hotel Hilton in Paris has nothing to do with the celebrity... Hmmmm? Celebrity???....
