i used the sharpening script luko gave me some time ago.. i use it on most of my shots to compensate for the low-pass filter induced by digital images ( further details on http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/learnmore/sharpening.mspx to understand what i am talking about).
basically, 1st USM at gain 20%, radius 40 pixel, threshld 0, then 2nd USM 150%, 0,3 and 0. you then go to edit / reduce effect / darken opacity 100%. 3rd USM using same 150%, 0,3 and 0. same edit/reduce/lighten mode using opacity 50%. that's it.. if you missed something i can re-explain. the exercise was made more difficult since i have a french version in front of me and tryuing to give you the equivalent functions in english;-))
hope you like the ws
