(3559) | This human powered transportation are widely used in mayor cities around the world and known as cyclo in Vietnam and Cambodia, cycle rickshaw in Bangladesh and India, Tricycle rickshaw in Malaysia and Singapore, Saika (side car) in Myanmar. In Indonesia we call it becak (from Chinesse-Hokian dialect, be-chia which means horse-drawn carriages), you can find this kind of tranportation on almost every city in Indonesia except Jakarta when they are no longer permitted on mayor roads since 2001, but in other city around Indonesia they are still used for daily life transportation and of course for having some money / food for the driver.
