A quiet peaceful residental street in downtown Hiroshima, Japan - however this has not always been the case.

At 8.15am on August 6, 1945 an atom bomb exploded 580meters directly above this site - and the rest is history. The A-Bomb Dome which has become the symbol of the destruction caused by the bomb is about 100meters away.

In workshop I will include a close-up of the information plaque shown here.
