GIMP

I use polish version of GIMP but I hope I'll manage to translate the names correctly.
I :
-cloned out some dots on the sky
-duplicated the layer and corrected levels on both layers; top level (stronger changed)was going to cover the sky. Level correction was supposed to increase contrast.
-Now note: the tool colours need to be set to black and white
-created layer mask ("add layer mask" or something like this) on the layer with the darker sky
-chose gradual semi-transparent gradient(black to transparent)and applied it to the layer mask. This created a gradient of the upper layer, covering the sky with darker layer but leaving the bottom from the bottom layer. You can experiment with the gradient, applying it for example only to the half of the picture which you'd like to change.
-At the end I flattened the image and slightly reduced yellow colour.
If you find layer masks too complicated, you could assume that level correction and reducing yellow would improve the picture enough ;-)
It lost some quality in PP, but I think that it looks better. I hope you'll like it
Best regards
