Hello friends in TE,

I have been seeing gray sky for a week now but I was trying my luck outdoor with this raintree. This raintree is just across the river from my house which is on the left river bank. The thickness of canopy varies throughout the year and in the month of may, the canopy is getting thicker until November when it starts thinning again.

Work Flow

Shot this in RAW and made many adjustments in CS3 before saving the image to TIFF. Tweaks with level and curve before resizing it to JPEG for TE.

Thanks for viewing.

Please check out Latiff's excellent workshop. Thanks :-)

Played around with saturation & selective color tool, shadow/highlight tool. Increased contrast. Cloned out the lens' glare. Some adjustments with level & curve. I hope you like the result. By the way, you are right about about viewing & working on different monitors ... none are uniformly calibrated & the results come out differently. Regards. Latiff.
