She was raising awareness & money for Friends Of The Earth.
The message this particular day was:-
Friends of the Earth Australia needs your help to put pressure on its new government to deliver on policies relating to the displacement of climate refugees in the Pacific. Pacific Island nations are increasingly vulnerable to extreme weather events, collapsing ecosystems and the contamination of their fresh water and crops with salt water.
She was a very likable, attractive & intelligent young lady, the weather was cold, windy & light rain was falling. I was waiting for my wife who was at the hairdresser when I saw her, we talked about the weather, Friends Of The Earth, travel & Trekearth among other thing. The rain came down a little heavier, I went in the car with her image in my camera & patiently waited (2 Hrs) for my wife.
I enjoyed both my chat with her and the way her image turned out.
